Finding an Agent?

Hello! I am an actress and have been in 7 plays (had the girl lead in 5 of them). 4 of these were musicals. I really would like to be an actress because i love acting and love stepping into the shoes of someone else. As i said before i have been in a lot of plays, had the leads in a couple of them, and love acting. I live in SoCal so driving to L.A. (only 20 min) isnt a problem, my parents are totally supportive, and i have the passion and drive to be an actress. I need to find a good agent. I know those online things are scams as well as John Roberts or whatever. I want a good agent so i was wondering if you could list respected agents. (im 14 if that matters) I dont care if they're hard to get in to or not i just want to get my name and face out there. Thank you so much!!!! I'll be sure to mention you in my academy award speech!!!! Hmm... try searching on any search engine: Acting agencies in Los Angeles, or a place close to you.
