if UK shoes firm Clark's were to enter Poland would you choose a joint venture or direct export mode through foreign based agents and distributors? Which entry mode would you choose and why?
Market Entry Mode?
An official distributor for Poland who will import your goods and be responsible for sales /exclusive basis.
